Point East Condos is a gated 55+ community of twelve towers, six-story low-rise residential complexes located around Maule Lake at 3000 Marcos Dr, Aventura, FL 33160.

Between 1967 and 1969, Oxford Development Company developed The Point East residential building with 610 apartments. Units with one and two bedrooms, floor plans ranging from 768 to 1,083 Sq.Ft., open balconies, kitchens, and split floor plans.
