Tides Townhomes are a two-story waterfront homes many with deeded docks up to 36ft, float dock (exclusive of Tides Townhomes), brand new deck and balconies. Homes with huge master suite, spa tub and sauna. The community has a low association fee and plenty of guest parking.

Rock Quarry is a 233-acre park, in the early 1930s was transformed into a beautiful urban park; today, it has a relatively intact hardwood hammock and mangrove forest. Greynolds Park, this beautiful park has the Oleta River flowing through it and offers picnic areas, boating, canoeing, and excellent bird watching. Maule Lake is a deep privately owned just to the north of Biscayne Bay and connected to it via the Intracostal waterways.
